The guest list is set – now it’s time for the details. Here’s everything you might want to know: schedule, directions, dress code, seating, gifts – and everything in between.

Schedule
The celebration is outdoors – but we’re prepared in case the weather turns
There’s no official end time – we’ll go with the flow.
Location and Geting There
The winery is located on the southern edge of Heidelberg and is easy to reach by car or taxi. Let us know if you're driving. Parking is available, but please don’t park in the courtyard, which is reserved for the celebration. If you prefer coming by bike or public transport – great! That works too. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Rohrbach Süd bus station. Let us know if you need help with directions. Carpooling is encouraged and a few guests have already offered rides.
Dresscode
There’s no set dress code. Some will keep it casual, others will dress up a bit. Wear whatever suits you and makes you feel good. A sweater for the evening might be a good idea.
Seating
The celebration is outdoors – but we’re prepared in case the weather turns. There’ll be beer benches and standing tables outside – just find a spot that feels right. Sit, stand, stroll or chat – whatever works for you.
Gifts
We already have everything we need for our homes so, we don’t need anything - just a lovely celebration with you. But if you do want to give something: We would appreciate a small contribution to our roadtrip in September or an invitation to a shared experience together thereafter.
For Parents
For parents with babies or toddlers, a quite space will be available for feeding, resting or changing. Just bring your baby monitor along.
Contributing to the celebration
The only formal part is the ceremony around 5:30 pm – everything else is meant to flow naturally. We’d love to include thoughtful touches, but want to avoid an overloaded schedule.
If you’d like to prepare a little something just let Christina (+49 157 547 06637) know in advance. She’s coordinating contributions and will be in touch with the DJ if need be.
